Experimenting making new sponge recipe

Specially for this Jubilee weekend coming. Forgot to add lemon but I added cranberries inside. No topping yet.

Plus: Brighton today. Quiet beach early morning. Waterstones window. Busy streets in the afternoon with Union Jack flags ready for next weekend.
